This statement describes personal information handled through the Mantis Robotics website for visitors in other countries and regions, including Japan and Taiwan. Separate statements are available for the United States, Canada, EU / EEA and Switzerland, and United Kingdom on our policy selection page. Your location selection does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

2. Information you provide and how it is used
When you contact us, book a demo, join the MR-X waitlist, request resources or submit a newsletter form, we collect the contact details and other information you enter, such as your name, email, company, telephone number and enquiry. We use this information to handle your request and communicate with you.
Job applications include the details and CV you submit. Applications are stored in our administration system for recruitment review. Administrators with access to that system can view applications and download CVs. If email notifications are enabled for a form, submission details are sent to the configured recipient; CV downloads require administration access.
Newsletter sign-up is optional and unchecked by default. Submitting another request does not itself indicate newsletter consent. You can contact us to withdraw your newsletter sign-up.
3. Cookies and technical information
Necessary browser storage supports requested features, including forms, resource downloads and privacy choices. Optional analytics and embedded YouTube videos require your cookie consent. Third-party fonts and presentation libraries may also receive connection information when loaded. See our Cookie Policy for services, storage periods and controls. You can change optional cookie choices using Cookie settings at any time.
We estimate your policy region using an IP-country database on our server. This lookup does not send your IP address to an external geolocation service or store a separate location record. Your manual region choice is remembered for the browser tab's session.

Website submissions are stored in our administration database. Hosting and, when configured, email services support this processing. Information may be processed outside your country or region, including by services described in our Cookie Policy. Contact us for information about the handling of your particular submission.
5. Keeping your information
Submission records and uploaded CVs do not currently have an automatic expiry in the website system. For information about how long your submission will be kept, or to request its deletion, please contact us using the details above. Browser storage durations are listed in the Cookie Policy.
6. Your requests and choices
You can contact us to request information about your data, access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. The rights, conditions and exceptions that apply depend on the applicable law. We may need information to verify your identity before handling a request. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information in website forms.
